About Mrs. Callison 

 

I am so excited each day to be working in a field that I am truly passionate about!! I have been working at the Pembroke School District since 2006. Before teaching First Grade, I taught Kindergarten and Second Grade. 

 

A little bit about myself: 

• I went to Wheelock College for my undergraduate in Elementary Education.  I loved living in the city of Boston for those 4 years! It was very different from where I grew up, in rural Upstate New York. 

 

• After I started working at Village School, I began to pursue my Master's of Education through New England College. I completed my degree in Reading and Writing Instruction in December of 2010.

 

• My husband and I have a daughter, Rylee, and she has completed our little family.  We also have two dogs, that I adore! Stella is our Golden Retriever and Porter is a Chocolate Lab mix.  The class is always interested in the mischief those two get into!  They love to play, eat treats, and swim! 

 

• When I have any extra time, I can be found running, kayaking, fishing, golfing, cheering for the Patriots, cooking, and spending time with my nieces and nephews.
